T.I. And Tiny Harris Address New Sexual Assault Claims And LAPD Investigation

TI Tiny Harris Sexual Assault Allegations

An investigation has been opened into allegations of sexual assault made against rapper T.I. and his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris.

The investigation is being carried out by the Los Angeles police department after a woman who is named “Jane Doe” in investigation documents accused T.I. — real name Clifford Harris Jr. — and Tiny of sexual assault after she met the couple in a nightclub in 2005.

Attorney Tyrone Blackburn, who was representing the woman in the case, wrote to local authorities requesting an investigation into the claims against T.I. and Tiny.

Last month, the victim sat with police detectives and said that she had met the couple at a club. She had been offered a shot by Tiny after having two drinks of her own and was then invited back to the hotel room where Tiny and her husband, T.I., were staying.

She claimed that other women had also been invited to the room, but after a while, she was the only one left with the couple.

T.I. then allegedly suggested they move to the bathroom, where he took off the victim’s clothing before turning on a porn video and telling her to rub his back with baby oil. He later stuck his toes into her vagina, according to reports, despite the victim telling him “no.”

Tiny was also allegedly naked and was washing the victim before rubbing herself against her body.

T.I. and Tiny face mounting allegations

T.I. and Tiny have been accused of 14 cases of assault, including 8 women who alleged that they were drugged and kidnapped then forced to have sex with the couple and their networks.

Three men have also accused the couple of making terrorist threats. On Monday, it was reported that six others had come forward, including a member of the military, a stripper, and a high school student who had been an intern at T.I.’s studio.

T.I. and Tiny deny sexual assault allegations

There have been no criminal charges made, and T.I and Tiny continue to deny all allegations made against them. Their attorney, Steve Sadow , has put out a lengthy statement Tuesday.

It read: “The Harrises have not spoken to or been contacted by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), the Las Vegas Police Department (LVPD) or, indeed, any member of law enforcement from any other jurisdiction in the country.”

It continued: “Even assuming the story in the Daily Beast is close to accurate, it appears the LAPD ‘accuser’ has chosen once again to remain anonymous, thereby preventing us from being in a position to disprove or refute her allegations — or even examine them.”

He concluded: “Meanwhile, although we now appear for the first time to have the name of an ‘accuser’ who supposedly filed a police report with LVPD, we have essentially no specifics about her or her claim.”

A woman in Las Vegas, Nevada named Rachelle Jenks has also filed a police report against the power couple. She is also represented by Blackburn.
