Kanye West goes on an epic rant and this time brings up Beyoncé and Jay Z. If there is one man other than Donald Trump, who knows how to create headline-grabbing scandals, it is West.
Last night, Mr. West brought his Saint Pablo Tour to the Golden 1 Center in California where he gave fans a night to remember. Concertgoers, who paid big bucks to hear hit songs like “Ni**as In Paris,” “Stronger,” “Fade,” and “Mercy,” were left disappointed solely.
The Chicago star showed up late and performed two songs “Famous” and “Good Morning“ before literally dropping the mic. Kim Kardashian‘s husband had a lot of what he called “truths” to share, so he skipped the rapping part and spoke his mind.
The Grammy-winning artist talked about politics, his career, Taylor Swift, Facebook, Hillary Clinton, Beyoncé, and Jay Z.
West brought up the 2009 MTV Awards incident where he took the stage and denied Swift the opportunity to give an acceptance speech after she beat Beyoncé. West also revealed that at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards he heard Beyoncé saying that she would not perform if her “Formation” video did not beat him and Drake to win Video of the Year, which it did. He said:
“Beyoncé, I was hurt cos heard that you said you wouldn’t perform unless you won Video of the Year over me and over ‘Hotline Bling.'”
West also begged Jay Z to call him. The songwriter said:
“We are all great people. We are all equal. But sometimes, we be playing the politics too much and forgetting who we are just to win. F—k winning! F—k looking cool! F—k looking cool! F—k being cool! F—k all that!”
“I’ve been sitting here to give ya’ll my truth even at the risk of my own life. Even at the risk of my own success, my own career. I’ve been sitting here to give ya’ll the truth!.Jay Z, call me , bro! You still ain’t calling me. Jay Z, call me…Jay Z, I know you got killers. Please don’t send them at my head. Just call me. Talk to me like a man!”
During his rant, he took a shot at Mrs. Clinton by saying:
“This Saint Pablo tour is the most relevant (thing) happening. If your old ass keeps following old models, you’ll be Hillary Clinton.”
Before his show in Sacramento, the controversial star made it clear that if he did go out to vote, he would have supported Trump. He concluded his rant by:
“Get ready to have a field day, press, because the show’s over.”
Many of the angry 13,000 fans screamed at West as he was leaving the show. One frustrated music lover spoke to local media saying:
“I’ve been a fan since 2004 and all we get is two songs?”
Another added: “I’m done being a fan.F–k Kanye!”
