Nazi-Themed Wrestler Blitzkrieg AKA Kevin Bean Can Keep His Job As A Teacher: Superintendent

It is no secret that wrestling is primarily based on explosive, sometimes controversial personalities that grab the attention of the audience.

We have seen our fair share of wrestlers pushing things too far in the past, and recently, a Pennsylvania teacher came under fire for his own wrestling alter ego that had him acting as a WW2 Nazi named “Blitzkrieg.”

The wrestler, real name Kevin Bean, teaches sixth grade and gained a lot of notoriety once it was discovered that he was the one behind the shocking personality.

A video of his involvement in a wrestling match shows him performing the Nazi salute as the crowd — including children — cheers him on.

Following an investigation into the teacher, the school district found no misconduct in his actions, and subsequently no reason to relieve him of his position.

Superintendent of the Spring-Ford Area School District, David R. Goodin, explained: “Based on the investigation completed, we have found no evidence indicating violation of board policies by Mr. Bean. As such, Mr. Bean will continue to remain a teacher within the district.”

The decision was met with much controversy, as some parents still insist that someone like that has no place teaching their children.

Others have been more supportive of Bean, claiming that wrestling is nothing more than a show where everyone is just acting, and the fact that the teacher presents himself as a Nazi in that context does not necessarily mean that he agrees with Adolf Hitler’s values.

According to supporters, it could just be a costume designed to get as much attention as possible by shocking the audience, and in this regard, it seems to be working out perfectly so far.

It is not known whether Bean has any plans to change his style in response to the controversy. Should be held accountable?
