According to recent rumors, the TV series Real Housewives of New York City might be getting a new addition to their cast in the face of scandalous Barbara Kavovit, who is mostly known as Barbara K.
Just recently, it was revealed that Kavovit was actively participating in the filming of the series with the rest of the crew as a test run for the producers to see if she was worthy of a full-time addition to the rest of the cast.
However, some sources were quick to pour cold water on the potential full-time gig by arguing that she will probably be appearing as a friend of the RHONY ladies.
Either way, it seems like the producers have forgiven Kavovit’s previous scandalous behavior when she tried to sue the network back in 2017.
According to Kavovit, when she was at an event with her former colleague, Carole Radziwill in 2016, their seemingly private conversation was recorded by her without Kavovit’s knowledge and permission.
Kavovit claimed that even though she knew that a new episode of the show was being filmed that night in the restaurant they were in, she thought that being away from the cameras ensured her some privacy.
When the diva came to the knowledge that Bravo intended to add the recorded exchange of words between her and Radziwill, she decided to act quickly and did not hesitate to file a suit with the Manhattan Supreme Court, so she could stop the conversation from being aired.
However, the judge chose to dismiss the case on the grounds of the First Amendment.
In the meantime, the producers of the show are allegedly planning to add Kavovit to the series, since she could be the perfect replacement for Radziwill, who left the reality TV series recently.
The ladies reportedly made a lot of noise during New York Fashion Week.
