Lindsay Shiver is a 36-year-old mother of three and former beauty queen. Local authorities stumbled on the alleged murder scheme while investigating another case, a suspected burglary at Grabber’s Bar and Grill in Great Guana Cay.

The Christian mom is not the only one in hot water and two men were also arrested for allegedly participating in the plot.

One of them is Terrance Bethe , 28, and is Lindsay Shiver’s alleged lover. Farron Newbold Jr., also known as Faylo Conseco, 29, is the third person in trouble because of the alleged hit. However, his ties to the Georgia woman are not clear.

The investigation into the suspected burglary led authorities to a phone which contained WhatsApp texts about the murder plot. The identity of the owner of the phone has not been revealed.

According to reports, Lindsay and Robert have a house in The Bahamas. That is how the affair with Bethe began. The husband had filed for divorce after finding out that his wife was being unfaithful.

The former couple used to enjoy pricey boat rides on the island. They even used a private jet once during one of their numerous trips.

Authorities say that this development was the fuel behind the plot to get rid of Robert Shiver. The 2005 Miss Houston County and runner-up in the National Peanut Festival pageant is the one who reportedly paid the would-be hitman.

The police report claims: “On July 16, 2023, at Abaco, while being together did, with a common purpose agree to commit an offense, namely the murder of Richard Shiver.”

On Friday, Lindsay Shiver and the two other suspects appeared in court and they are expected to return there on October 5. They do not have to enter a plea and will remain in jail for now.

The trio was arrested in Guana. However, they are in Nassau, the island country’s capital, at the moment.

Lindsay Shiver and her spouse have been married for 13 years. In one of her messages on Instagram from 2020, she writes: “The key to a perfect marriage is having two imperfect people who refuse to give up on each other. So thankful for that fitness class 13 years ago that brought us together and all of the love, laughter, and life we have created ever since! I love you babe 😘 Cheers to many more 🥂.”

Her recent postings on the social media platform have been mostly about her children and celebrating her Christian faith. There were fewer mentions of marriage.
