It looks like Smith has every intention to continue on that road as well, as she went to compete in the Miss Universe pageant, which was held on December 12 in Israel.

The date was confirmed after a previous announcement which indicated a possible postponing, after a positive case of COVID-19 was reported.

The pageant proceeded as planned, with no interruptions to the schedule. Special measures were taken for contestants and guests, and reports indicate that a lot of work was happening behind the scenes to iron out any potential issues at the time.

Elle Smith is a graduate in broadcast journalism at the University of Kentucky, and it seems like she has managed to find a great balance between the different things that matter to her in her life.

She has been very open and positive around the situation and has drawn a lot of attention to herself with her remarkable attitude.

Smith seems to have developed an unusually strong following for someone in her position, with many people now actively tracking her progress through pageants and commenting on her success online.

Her chances were definitely looking strong for Miss Universe, but she was not able to crack the top 5 of the competition.

India’s Harnaaz Sandhu, a 21-year-old model and actress, was crowned.

To see that there isn’t really anything left, there are no words. The question is, where do you go from here?”

A member of a family she met has shared this reaction with a local media outlet, WKYT News: “She brings some joy, you know, getting to meet Miss USA. You know that’s something my daughter remembers for the rest of her life.”

While helping her community, Smith is still processing all the changes in her life in the past few months.

The 23-year-old journalist told Ebony.com: “To be completely honest, I think I am still processing. It has been such a surreal experience. The morning after I won, I remember seeing the sash and crown by my bed and just thinking, “God is so good.” It is an honor to represent the USA on the international stage—even if I didn’t win the Miss Universe title.”

Smith has been praised by many for the way she has conducted herself in recent weeks. The beauty queen has even retweeted a message after the passing of The Golden Girls legend and American “national treasure” Betty White who died at 99 last week.
